man, i forgot my password there for a while! since i last posted, jamie and i have been and returned from our trip to maryland, to visit his grandmother and family on that side. it was a nice trip, but flying with jamie was pretty difficult. school has started, and i'm taking five classes, which is keeping me pretty busy. i'm really hoping that i can make awesome grades this semester.

i guess that's all for now, but i do have a prayer request. my government teacher is really too old to be teaching. he's losing his memory, and i can tell it really bothers him. he's forgetting things, and losing his train of thought, and while he's getting frustrated about it, the people in the class laugh at him. he gets so embarassed, and i would too, because he's doing all of this in front of a crowded room of people. and today, he lost his point again, and started telling us about how his best friend of fifty years passed away recently, and he started to cry! i can tell he gets to that point a lot lately, and i just really want to pray that he can stay strong through this, and that teaching this class will become a little easier for him, because i feel like he's just lost and scared in a fog.
